upstream providers and will maintain our
equipment in an up state, taking down the server only for scheduled
maintenance. We will post scheduled down
times on the 5/50 website in advance if possible.
We will allow that unscheduled failures of our equipment can occur and we
will not be held liable
or responsible for any consequences resulting from these failures.
By signing up for a 5/50 account, you agree to hold Network Support, Inc.
free of liability and litigation
relating to any service provided by Network Support, Inc.. You will not file
any legal actions. We are never
responsible for any loss of data or inability to use the service. We are
never responsible for any legal fees.
The service is provided only to the extent to which we are capable to
deliver, and that is our premise equipment
to our upstream provider. We cannot be held responsible for any failure of
our upstream provider or their upstream provider
and on into the routing structure of the Internet.
This service is provided without any support. We will not and are not
responsible for providing
any support or dialog whatsoever. We cannot be sued for failing to do so
because we have already told
you that 'no support' is the fundamental aspect of the service which allows
us to extend it at low costs.
